Directions Ruscombe Mansion Community Health Center is the location of Polestar Thought Healing, at 4803 Yellowwood Ave. in Baltimore. I am in the Hill House on the 2nd floor. If you park in the lot and walk up the path, the Hill House is on the left (at the top of the hill, the Mansion is straight ahead). Follow the path to the left to the Hill House porch. Inside the Hill House, follow the stairs up to the second floor, and make a left turn at the top.
